Maybe you're experiencing weight gain, lack of energy, or brain fog...
Or perhaps you simply feel like workouts and recovery are harder than before.
It's time to learn how to eat to support your changing hormones!
Kathy Brown is a Registered Dietitian on a mission to help active women over 40 find sustainable nutrition solutions to optimize energy, performance, and metabolism so you can stay active for life.
As a marathoner, hiker, and former dancer, her love of food and fitness led her to become a dietitian after a long career in corporate America, where she spent years balancing long hours at work, an active social life, and squeezing in workouts. She ate out a lot and often neglected fueling workouts.
Now in her 40s, changing hormones means her body doesn't respond the same way to the same old diet and exercise routine.
Since becoming a dietitian, Kathy has dug deep into the research to help other women work with their changing hormones as they age. Proper fueling, including before workouts, is so important to finding that balance but there is so much conflicting information out there.
Kathy combines her nutrition education, clinical experience, and current research to help other women over 40 adapt to their changing bodies by finding individualized nutrition that works for them.
